FCA US LLC is committed to investing in our communities in creative, sustainable ways. Through the Motor Citizens Volunteer Program, all salaried, non-bargaining unit employees based in the United States, Canada, or Mexico have 18 hours of paid time off to make a difference in the world.

Program Overview

The Motor Citizens program seeks to connect employees to projects, programs, and partners that can benefit from their time and talents. Employees can volunteer on their own, with their team or as part of a company-wide initiative. Community organizations are encouraged to recruit volunteers for their volunteer opportunities.

Eligible Organizations

Salaried employees can volunteer for any:

• 501 (c)(3) U.S. nonprofit organization;
• Canadian nonprofit organization; or,
• Organizations identified by FCA Mexico, S.A. de C.V.
• With advance approval from the FCA US External Affairs department, employees can also perform service projects for government entities, including public schools and cities.
