FCA US LLC is committed to investing in our communities in creative, sustainable ways. Through the Motor Citizens Volunteer Program, all salaried, non-bargaining unit employees based in the United States, Canada, or Mexico have 18 hour of paid time off to make a difference in the world.
The Motor Citizens program seeks to connect employees to projects, programs, and partners that can benefit from their time and talents. Employees can volunteer on their own, with their team or as part of a company-wide initiative.
